Ninja is run by one leader....Masta Hattori. He is the Grand Masta and cannot be surpassed in rank. However in Ninja every member has a say, None of the decisions our leader makes is formed by himself. The members of Ninja are all asked there opinion and then a decision is made. The lowest rank to the highest rank has an equal say. The Rank System of Ninja is used for organization and something for a Ninja to work towards. Within the base of the Ninja clan, The Grand Masta appoints Generals to work under him. Each Division has a Divison Leader and Generals under the Divison Leader. After the Generals, Captains may be implemented to have a secondary leadership position and to run practices. These captains are usually the most trusted and elite members under the Main Divison leaders. After the Main Leaders there is a system of rank in which Ninja's can advance in prestige amongst his clan. In order to advance in rank, a Ninja must show skill, leadership and be active on both the game he plays and on the clan website. The Masta and/or a Divison leader appoints promotions when he see's fit. Always play and conduct yourself as if someone is watching, even if they are not, because in realitly We are always watching. Demotions or a probation period may occur if rules of the Bushido are broken or if a Ninja is heavily inactive without giving his superiors prior knowledge. Ultimatly the entire clan has a say, and can advance to one day become a Divison Leader, General or Captain. Abusing of power, or failure to live up to the responsibilties of one's rank will also result into a demotion. This structure has made Ninja a tight knit group and a clan to last of the ages.
Divison Leader--The Ninja clan expands into different consoles and/or games, The Masta cannot spread into every single game or console so he appoints a Division Leader. This member is a trusted individual among his fellow clanmates, and is probably a high rank before hand. He has the abilitly to be a leader and demonstrates LeaderShip Skills.This Leader reports to the Masta but also handles promotions, battles, practices etc. in that divison himself
General--This Ninja is appointed by his Divison Leader. He is in other words the Co-Leader for the divison. He must always obey his Divison Leader and report to him before handling anything fit for a leader. A General can and most likely will be asked to handle jobs for the Divison Leader such as practices, battles etc.
Captain--This Ninja shows the most dedication, and skill amongst his fellow members in his divison. He is awarded this rank because of that. He can be asked to fill in Leadership Roles and to handle Leader-esque affairs.

Our Site Features a Chat Room and Forum in which our members and guests can communicate, voice opinions and so forth. We ask to keep everything as peaceful as possible. The Forums also feature a private messaging system. The actual forum section is broken up into different category's. Each Category is specailly broken up for diffent content. So we ask that each member of our forums, when posting to make sure they post there content into the appropiate forum. Also Spamming is not tolerated. We welcome all clans and players to vist us and chat with us anytime.
Ninja Was Created on April 20th, 2007. Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the Ps2 was where we started out. We gained more and more members and so brought our rep up and became a well known clan. Our skill also rised and we fought many clans. We still are somewhat active on the ps2 divison and will still be competing in whatever battles present themselves. Our current record on the ps2 is 13-3. To continue our clan. Masta Hattori, HumbleBlack and Zexies all moved to the PS3 to expand the Ninja influence. Ninja Black Op's was born. The 3 Grand Generals made apperances on WarHawk and Rainbow 6. Warhawk fell through as the Genearls disaproved. Rainbow 6 we were somewhat succesful but never truly followed through on it. NBO finally settled onto the release of Call of Duty 4. This is where they stayed and recruited more and more members. NBO will shortly begin battling on this game and hope for the same results. NB0 also plans to move onto Haze, Killzone 2 and other titles are open for discussion. Masta Hattori has recently sent Divison Leader Skylark-X to create a new divison for NBO. This divison is on the PC. The NBO PC divison is still starting out and is already in the works to expand into Battlefield 2142, Crysis and Counter Stirke:Source. NBO PC members are already being gatherd and battles are expected soon.
